Agave Almanac is an independent editorial site about agave distillates. It is not a restaurant, a bar, a retailer or a brand, and it is not connected to any business whose name resembles this domain.

In particular, this site has no relationship with Tequila’s Mexican Restaurant in Longmont, Colorado. That is a separate, unaffiliated business. We do not speak for them, we do not publish their menu or hours, and we cannot take reservations or orders on their behalf. If you are looking for that restaurant, please contact them directly rather than through this site.

This domain was acquired after it expired. Everything published here now is original work written for this project.

• No affiliate links and no paid placement. We do not earn a commission on bottles, and no producer can pay to be written about.
• No scores. We explain categories, methods and regulations. Which bottle you like is not something a website can settle for you.
• Corrections are welcome and get made. Regulations around denominations of origin change, and we would rather be corrected than confident.
